“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid?”
John 14:27
The letters in red mean that Jesus spoke these words. He spoke them to His disciples during their final night together. He spoke them just hours before He would be crucified. Knowing what was coming, Jesus commanded His disciples to not be troubled. Dig deeper into this verse, and this moment with Jesus and think about the peace that comes only from living Safe in Christ.
